Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Turnly portal, public portal pages, SMS notification program, account workflows, property manager tools, contractor tools, admin tools, support communications, and related apartment turnover cleaning operations.
The Turnly portal is a business operations platform for property managers, contractors, and Turnly administrators. It is not intended for personal, household, children's, lending, financial, health-care, political, age-gated, or marketing-list use.
Information We Collect
Account and contact information. We may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, business or property affiliation, role, account status, login credentials, temporary-password status, and communication preferences.
Property and operations information. We may collect property names, addresses, regions, contracts, unit numbers, bed and bath counts, square footage, scheduled move-in dates, turn request details, assignment status, cleaning status, quality assurance status, feedback, checklist responses, service notes, invoice and scheduling details, photos, videos, and other job documentation.
Communications. We may collect portal messages, support requests, email communications, SMS opt-in and opt-out records, help requests, delivery status information, and other records needed to operate the notification program.
Technical information. We may collect device, browser, IP address, log, authentication, session, and usage information needed to secure accounts, maintain the portal, diagnose issues, and improve reliability.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide, operate, maintain, secure, and improve Turnly services. This includes account access, identity and role management, property access control, contractor assignment, job scheduling, turn request review, quality assurance, checklist completion, video review, customer support, billing support, operational reporting, security monitoring, and compliance records.
We use mobile phone numbers and SMS consent records only for Turnly Professional Cleaners operational notifications, account notices, support updates, opt-in and opt-out administration, and compliance documentation.
SMS Messaging Program
By opting in to Turnly SMS notifications, you agree to receive recurring operational text messages from Turnly Professional Cleaners. These messages may include new turn request alerts, schedule updates, job status updates, account notices, portal reminders, feedback alerts, and support-related messages.
Message frequency varies based on portal activity and may be up to 100 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services from Turnly Professional Cleaners.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, we may send one final confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages unless you opt in again. You may request assistance by replying HELP or by contacting ops@turnlypros.com.
Mobile Information and Messaging Consent Non-Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Turnly Professional Cleaners does not share, sell, rent, release, transfer, disclose, or otherwise provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, SMS opt-out records, help-message records, or text messaging originator opt-in data and consent to any third party, affiliate, data broker, lead generator, advertising network, or other organization for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS opt-in consent is collected only for Turnly Professional Cleaners operational notifications and is not transferable to another business, affiliate, marketing partner, or promotional campaign. Turnly does not send third-party marketing messages through this SMS program.
We may use messaging, hosting, security, and communications service providers to deliver and support Turnly messages on our behalf. Those providers are authorized to process mobile information only as needed to provide services to Turnly and are not permitted to use mobile information or messaging consent for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
How We Disclose Information
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information only as reasonably needed to operate Turnly services, fulfill service requests, maintain the portal, protect users and properties, comply with law, enforce agreements, or complete a business transaction involving Turnly.
Operational information may be visible to authorized users based on role and property access. For example, a property manager may see information associated with that property, a contractor may see assigned or available jobs they are authorized to access, and administrators may manage operational records.
We may disclose limited information to service providers that support hosting, database services, authentication, messaging delivery, email delivery, storage, analytics, security, accounting, payment support, and customer support. Service providers may use information only to provide services to Turnly and may not use Turnly information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
All disclosures described in this section exclude mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent from any marketing or promotional sharing. Mobile information and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies
The portal may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember portal preferences such as light or dark mode, support authentication, improve reliability, and protect against unauthorized access. You may control browser settings, but some portal features may not work properly if these technologies are disabled.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. These safeguards may include authentication controls, role-based access controls, database policies, access logging, storage controls, and account-security workflows.
No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for protecting account credentials and promptly notifying Turnly of suspected unauthorized access.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain operational history, support property and contractor records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and preserve quality-control documentation.
SMS consent and opt-out records may be retained as needed to document compliance and honor messaging preferences. QA photos, videos, checklists, schedules, turn requests, feedback, invoices, and messages may be retained for business, property, billing, and quality-control purposes unless deletion is required or approved under applicable policy.
Your Choices and Requests
You may request updates to account information, ask questions about this Privacy Policy, or request assistance by contacting ops@turnlypros.com. Authorized portal administrators may update account, role, property, and access information according to Turnly procedures.
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP. You may receive help by replying HELP. Email and portal communications may still be used for operational or account-related purposes.
Children's Privacy
The Turnly portal and SMS program are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the portal or SMS program after an update means the updated policy applies going forward.
