Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Turnly portal, public portal pages, SMS notification program, contractor workflows, property manager workflows, admin workflows, and related services provided by Turnly Professional Cleaners ("Turnly," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing the portal, creating an account, submitting a turn request, accepting or completing an assignment, uploading job media, sending portal messages, or opting in to SMS notifications, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the portal or SMS program.
Authorized Business Use
The Turnly portal is provided for authorized business use by Turnly administrators, approved contractors, property managers, and other approved users. Access is limited to the portal view, properties, assignments, files, messages, and records that Turnly authorizes for your account.
You may not access, copy, modify, export, interfere with, or attempt to obtain information for any property, contractor, customer, account, assignment, or operational record that you are not authorized to use.
Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate account information and promptly update information that becomes inaccurate.
Turnly may create accounts, assign temporary passwords, require password changes, approve or restrict access, link users to properties or regions, suspend accounts, or revoke access when necessary to protect the portal, users, property data, contractors, customers, or Turnly operations.
Portal Records and Submitted Content
The portal may contain property details, unit information, turn requests, schedules, invoices, quality assurance records, checklist records, photos, videos, messages, feedback, and contractor/job records. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through the portal.
By submitting information, messages, feedback, checklists, photos, videos, or other content to the portal, you grant Turnly permission to use, store, display, process, and share that content as needed to provide services, manage operations, document work, support customers, resolve disputes, process payments, maintain quality control, and comply with legal obligations.
Turn Requests, Scheduling, and Job Completion
Turn requests, schedules, assignment statuses, completion records, invoices, and related portal views are operational tools. They may be updated by authorized users as job details change. Turnly may approve, decline, reschedule, assign, unassign, reopen, complete, delete, or otherwise manage assignments according to business needs and authorized workflows.
Dates, times, statuses, and projected costs or charges shown in the portal are operational records and may be revised if additional information becomes available.
SMS Notification Program
The SMS messaging program is operated by Turnly Professional Cleaners. Turnly sends recurring operational account notifications related to apartment turnover cleaning, property manager turn requests, contractor assignments, scheduling updates, account notices, feedback alerts, portal reminders, and support communications.
By providing your mobile number to Turnly and opting in through the Turnly portal, onboarding process, account setup, direct written authorization, or an approved opt-in keyword, you consent to receive operational text messages from Turnly Professional Cleaners. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
Message frequency varies based on portal activity and may be up to 100 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to cancel SMS notifications from Turnly Professional Cleaners. After you send STOP, we may send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.

Mobile Information and Messaging Consent
Turnly's use of personal information, mobile numbers, and SMS consent information is described in our Privacy Policy.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Turnly does not share, sell, rent, release, transfer, disclose, or otherwise provide mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, SMS opt-out records, help-message records, or text messaging originator opt-in data and consent to any third party, affiliate, data broker, lead generator, advertising network, or other organization for marketing or promotional purposes.
Messaging service providers may process mobile information only as needed to deliver and support Turnly operational messages on Turnly's behalf and may not use that information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not misuse the portal or SMS program. Prohibited conduct includes unauthorized access, credential sharing, scraping, introducing malware, bypassing access controls, interfering with portal operations, submitting false information, uploading unlawful or irrelevant content, harassing other users, or using Turnly systems for marketing, spam, lending offers, age-gated content, political messaging, or unrelated third-party communications.
Availability and Changes
Turnly may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any portal feature, SMS feature, workflow, page, or record-management process at any time. We may perform maintenance or experience outages, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Third-Party Services
The portal may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, databases, storage, messaging delivery, email delivery, analytics, security, support, and other operational services. Your use of the portal may be affected by the availability and terms of those providers.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, retain, protect, and disclose information. By using the portal or SMS program, you acknowledge that Turnly may process information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The portal, SMS program, records, and related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turnly disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turnly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, service delays, portal unavailability, carrier delays, or unauthorized account activity arising from or related to use of the portal or SMS program.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Turnly harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the portal, violation of these Terms, unauthorized access, inaccurate submissions, uploaded content, or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Termination or Suspension
Turnly may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the portal or SMS program at any time if we believe continued access may violate these Terms, create security risk, disrupt operations, violate law, compromise property or user information, or conflict with Turnly business requirements.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
Turnly may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the portal or SMS program after an update means the updated Terms apply going forward.
